Role Description

This opportunity is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate at Goldlex Legal. As an Associate with our law firm, you will play a key role in providing exceptional legal services to our diverse clientele. Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case preparation and provide insightful legal advice to clients.
• Case Management: Handle various legal matters and assist senior lawyers in managing complex cases efficiently and effectively.
• Drafting and Review: Prepare legal documents, contracts, and agreements, and meticulously review legal documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional client service.
• Court Appearances: Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings with professionalism and poise.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a diverse team of legal professionals to achieve collective goals and deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications

• Membership of the Nigerian Bar Association
• 1 - 2 years of professional working experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong research, drafting, and writing skills
• Strong proficiency with work technology tools
