• Other activities outside current employment
• Names and addresses of three (3) Referees (Employer, Educational and Personal) who are to forward Confidential Reports directly to the Registrar, Federal Polytechnic, lle-Oluji, P.M.B 727, lle-Oluji, Ondo State, Nigeria. Such referees should be able to attest to the candidate's claim to high academic and management capabilities as well as to the candidate's notable uprightness.

• Applicants must clearly state the position and the School/Department they are applying for in the applicant letter.
• Candidates must be registerable with the relevant professional bodies and must also be ICT compliant.
