Lease Executive at Rosabon Financial Services

Organizational Relationship

• Reports to Head, Lease
• Works with Financial Planners, Admin Officer and Independent Marketing:

  • Team (IMT) members in the Lease department

• Works with Head, Lease by:

  • Exploiting marketing campaigns with the required sales volume
  • Providing sales feedback

• Works with Internal Control to Ensure that Established Operating Protocols are Respected During:

  • Helping the Client meet set standards for transaction requirements.
  • Efficient post-booking transaction management.

• Works with Legal who:

  • Verifies legal documents meet requirements before submission for transaction booking.
  • Conducts property and company searches.
  • Reviews Offer Letter template.
  • Drafts Lease Agreements.
  • Drafts and register Bills of Sale for vehicle collateral.
  • Plays a legal advisory role across all aspects of operations.

• Works with Internal Operations to:

  • Inspect prospective assets.
  • License, register and insure vehicle assets.
  • Timely deliver assets to Clients.
  • Handle accidents.
  • Manage logistics.
  • Procure operational materials (stationery, etc.)

• Works with Accounts & Finance to:

  • Disburse funds promptly after final approval of transactions.
  • Manage payments made by Clients and communicate accordingly.

• Works with Client Services to have Clients confirm that they have received high-quality service:

  • Throughout the booking process.
  • In the handling of incidents as they occur
• Manages personal daily activities to align with departmental goals and targets in accordance with organization policies and standards.
• Responsible for generating lease leads and Business support loans.
• Fostering partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
• Keeping abreast of marketing activities,regulators requirements peculiar to our business
• Conducting in-depth research.
