    Learning Support Intern

    Salary: N80,000

    Duration: 1 year

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide prompt and friendly support to users, including teachers, students, and parents, through various communication channels (email, chat, phone). 
    • Address inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve concerns to ensure a positive user experience.
    • Develop a deep understanding of our Edtech platform, including its features, functionalities, and best practices. Stay updated on product updates and improvements.
    • Assist in the onboarding process for new users by guiding them through platform setup and helping them navigate key features. Create user-friendly guides and tutorials.
    • Collaborate with our technical team to investigate and resolve technical issues reported by users. Document and track reported issues to ensure timely resolution.
    • Gather user feedback and suggestions to identify areas for improvement. Summarize and report feedback to the development and product teams.
    • Analyze user data and trends to identify common issues and potential improvements. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
    • Contribute to the creation of training materials, knowledge base articles, and FAQs to support self-help resources for users.
    • Assist in testing new features and updates before they are rolled out to users to ensure a bug-free and user-friendly experience.

    Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
    • Experience in customer service
    • Strong passion for education and technology.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate software applications.
    • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional support.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in using office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
