We seek to bring on board the services of a Learning and Development Trainee who will be responsible for technical and operational support in the design, development, promotion, and evaluation of learning and related programs.
Responsibilities
Engage in the identification of training and support strategies to effectively transfer knowledge and skillsets.
Gather process-related information into training materials utilizing adult learning methodology to facilitate knowledge transfer.
Effectively compile the information into comprehensive training documents.
Work closely with the coordinators, line setups, facilitators/supervisors, and department.
Requirements
A good University Degree preferably in business-related courses.
A maximum of 2 years experience in an HR/ training role.
Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of various software programs.
