Learning and Development Trainee at Fosad Consulting

Job Summary

• We seek to bring on board the services of a Learning and Development Trainee who will be responsible for technical and operational support in the design, development, promotion, and evaluation of learning and related programs.

Responsibilities

• Engage in the identification of training and support strategies to effectively transfer knowledge and skillsets.
• Gather process-related information into training materials utilizing adult learning methodology to facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Effectively compile the information into comprehensive training documents.
• Work closely with the coordinators, line setups, facilitators/supervisors, and department.

Requirements

• A good University Degree preferably in business-related courses.
• A maximum of 2 years experience in an HR/ training role.
• Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of various software programs.

Salary

• N75,000 - N85,000 monthly.
