Learning and Development Specialist

Job Description
- Successful candidate will develop and implement learning strategies, design e-learning courses, and manage budgets.
- Will assess development needs, deliver training, and evaluate effectiveness.
Requirements
- BSc./HND in relevant courses.
- Min. of 4-7 years experience working in a similar role in a manufacturing or Engineering firm.
- Strong communication, project management, and budgeting skills are required.
- Proven experience and knowledge of effective learning methods are essential.
