- Experience 8 - 10 years
- Location Abuja
- Job Field Human Resources / HR
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in:
- Designing and implementing organization-wide L&D strategies
- Conducting training needs analysis and capacity development planning
- Managing performance improvement frameworks
- Using data analytics to evaluate training impact.
Qualification
- Interested candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree with 8-10 years work experience.
