Learning and Development Officer

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 2 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Human Resources / HR
Job Description
- B.Sc/B.Tech/HND in Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
- Professional certification, e.g., ACIPM, SHRM will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of two years’ relevant experience in an FMCG or a manufacturing company.
- Strong Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Organizing training materials and training programmes, as well as ensuring that the costs of planned programmes don't exceed the provided budget.
