Job Summary

• Planning and implementing dental diagnosis and treatment; supervise purchasing consumable supplies, further education and supervision of subordinate clinical personnel

Responsibilities
Essential responsibilities are listed below:

• Examine dental and oral health of patients
• Diagnose and treat patients using holistic dentistry and advanced tools
• Operate technical dental machines in the diagnosis and treatment of Patients
• Plan patients treatment and case
• Attend to Patients within the allocated time for waiting and treatment
• Input, update and keep accurate records of Patients’ dental structure.
• Educate Patient on best oral health habits
• Meet monthly assigned production target
• Ensure collection of all receivables from Patients
• Comply with all Practices’ policies and procedures on diagnosis, treatment, etc.
• Participate in the Practice’s marketing drive
• Participate in training and continuing education
• Prepare required weekly and monthly reports
• Supervise and lead a team of junior dentists, DSAs and therapist
• Provide new ideas for patient care and the Practice development
• Others may be assigned.

Qualifications
Professional Demands:

• Bachelor's Degree in Dental Surgery from a reputable University
• 7 years work experience.
• Extensive expert knowledge in dentistry and in quality management
