The Landscape Manager is responsible for the planning, development, maintenance, and beautification of all external environments within the factory and surrounding operational areas.

Job Description
Design, implement, and maintain landscaping strategies across the factory site, including green areas, access roads, drainage systems, and buffer zones
Oversee vegetation control, soil stabilization, and erosion prevention across operational and non-operational areas
Maintain plant aesthetics while aligning with industrial safety and environmental standards
Ensure proper drainage systems to prevent flooding and operational disruption
Support dust control initiatives through vegetation and ground cover strategies
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure landscape design does not interfere with plant operations
Manage landscaping equipment, irrigation systems, and external maintenance schedules
Supervise contractors and grounds staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
Monitor and control budgets related to landscaping and grounds maintenance
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and environmental regulations
Maintain records of landscaping activities, environmental impact, and maintenance schedules
Support audits and inspections related to environmental and safety standards
Identify opportunities for sustainable landscaping practices (e.g., water conservation, native plant use)
Implement process improvements aligned with Lean and environmental efficiency principles
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Horticulture, Environmental Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
5–8 years of experience in landscape or grounds management, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale facilities
Experience working in agro-processing or environmentally sensitive operations is an advantage
Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, soil management, and erosion control techniques.
Familiarity with environmental compliance standards and industrial site requirements
Health, Safety & Compliance
Working knowledge of international standards such as ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems)
Understanding of HSE practices in industrial environments
Commitment to maintaining a safe, hazard-free external environment within the factory
Contribution to food security and global supply chains
