    Kitchen Supervisor

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an experienced and organized Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations.
    • The ideal candidate will coordinate kitchen staff, ensure food quality standards, and maintain hygiene and efficiency in the kitchen.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise daily kitchen activities and staff performance.
    • Ensure meals are prepared according to set standards and timelines.
    • Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety compliance.
    • Coordinate food preparation schedules and workflow.
    • Monitor stock usage and report shortages or wastage.
    • Support the head chef in maintaining kitchen discipline and efficiency.
    • Ensure proper handling and storage of food items and equipment.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2-5 years of experience.
    • Proven experience in a supervisory kitchen role.
    • Good leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and hygiene standards.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage a team.
    • Reliable, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
