The Kitchen Assistant supports the smooth operation of the kitchen by performing various tasks that help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
The Kitchen Assistant Applicants must have one of the following required skills: frying, grilling (Chicken, Turkey), pasting (Samosa, Spring Roll), Pastry Batter Preparation, and Pastry Packing.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
Use basic kitchen equipment and tools safely and responsibly.
Education:
SSCE or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus but not required.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
