    Kiosk Sales Executives

    Location: Gbagada, Akoka, Sabo, Surulere, Apapa, Mushin, Alaba, Saka Tinubu, Ojodu Berger

    The Kiosk Sales Executive is responsible for driving product sales, engaging customers, and maintaining excellent service delivery at designated kiosk locations. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, managing kiosk operations, and representing the brand professionally to customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    ales & Customer Engagement

    • Actively approach and engage customers at the kiosk to promote products or services.
    • Demonstrate product features, answer customer inquiries, and provide accurate information.
    • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
    • Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional attitude toward customers.

    Kiosk Operations

    • Ensure the kiosk is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
    • Set up product displays and promotional materials according to brand standards.
    • Monitor stock levels and request replenishment when needed.
    • Operate POS systems accurately for sales, returns, and exchanges.

    Sales Target Achievement

    • Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
    • Track sales performance and provide timely reports to the supervisor or manager.
    • Implement promotional and marketing strategies to boost kiosk traffic and sales.

    Customer Service & Issue Resolution

    • Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
    • Escalate unresolved issues to the Kiosk Supervisor or Sales Manager.
    • Collect and record customer feedback to improve service delivery.

    Compliance & Reporting

    • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
    • Ensure cash handling and financial transactions comply with company guidelines.
    • Prepare end-of-day sales reports and inventory updates.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Minimum of OND / SSCE/NCE in any discipline.
    • Prior experience in retail sales, kiosk sales, or customer-facing roles is an added advantage.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to persuade and close sales effectively.
    • Basic computer literacy and POS operation skills.
    • Ability to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment.
