    Key Accounts Manager - Managed Print Service

    Job Description

    • Managed Print Services (MPS) involves analyzing the output for all of the printers and copiers in a companyТs fleet. We may replace printers and copiers, reconfigure printer locations, or add or remove printers and copiers from the fleet; we then provide the business with one monthly invoice for parts, service, and supplies for all output devices, creating efficiencies and cost savings.

    Responsibilities

    • This person will promote all products and solutions to new and current clients through prospecting, cold calling, lead resources, targeted accounts and current client referral sources.
    • This person will be responsible for account management and business development and achieving expected business results on a weekly and monthly basis.
    • This person will be responsible for introducing new products, offering promotions, assisting to resolve customer issues, contract negotiation and submission, and account documentation.
    • This is a sales position with the primary responsibility for developing cross-channel business partnerships with high potential clients from medium to large-sized accounts which may have multiple locations within a defined geographical territory.

    Requirements and Qualification

    • BSc / HND in any discipline (Minimum)
    • Minimum of 3 years Cognate experience.
    • We are looking for a highly motivated technical professional with a proven track record of success in business to business sales and/or business skills that require prospecting for new business and overcoming a high level of rejection.
    • Experience working in an analytical position that requires complex calculations is highly preferred.
    • We are looking for a person who is honest and ethical, career focused, poise,self-motivated, and resilient.
    • We are looking for a candidate who has a strong desire to work in a customer focused and consultative sales role.
    • Excellent time management and problem solving skills.
