Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruitment Staff to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen suitable candidates for available job positions.
• Review CVs and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update candidate records and the recruitment database.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist senior recruiters with recruitment activities and client requirements.
• Support other administrative duties related to recruitment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 1-2 years experience.
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
