Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Salary: N120,000 monthly net

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, managing candidate sourcing, screening, and placement. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles
• Manage and update the recruitment database
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and provide feedback
• Schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment activities
• Assist in preparing job offers and employment contracts
• Maintain effective communication with clients and candidates
• Support other HR and recruitment-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous recruitment experience in a Consulting Company is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
• Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is preferred
