Junior HR Officer at Westcare Specialist Hospital

Responsibilties

• Provide HR support to management and staff on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Manage employee data, records, and documentation.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development.
• Monitor employee attendance and leave records
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to and provide support to staff inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years work experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Work Mode; Monday- Saturday 8am - 5pm (Alternate Saturday).
