Junior HR Consultant at Reposebay Human Resources Limited

Job Description

• Collaborate with clients to access hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications for roles.
• Attract suitable candidates for roles through recommendations, databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Conduct interviews and assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Ensure completion of paperwork for new hires such as Employment letters and Guarantors' forms
• Keep up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and ensure that procedures are followed.
• Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health, safety, etc.
• Act as human resource support to clients' companies by carrying out the following functions:
  • Devise strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, development, etc.
  • Draft and strategic documents such as Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, Employee Handbooks etc. and ensure that these documents align with company goals.
  • Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
  • Report to senior management by analysing data and using HR metrics.
  • Ensure that the operations and activities of the workforce are efficient and in the best interest of the company's goals.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1+ years relevant work experience.
