Junior Account Officer/Office Assistance at Afconrecruit Limited

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations:

• Assist in preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Record and update financial transactions in accounting systems
• Maintain an organized filing system for financial documents

Data Management:

• Input and verify financial data in the accounting software.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of accounts payable and receivable.

General Support:

• Respond to inquiries regarding financial transactions and records.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• (OND/HND holders may also be considered with relevant experience.)

Experience:

• 0-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role. (Internship experience is acceptable.)

Skills

• Proficiency in using excel sheet
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
