• This is a full-time, on-site role in Lagos for an Investment Banker/Corporate Finance professional.
• The role involves performing financial analysis, creating and maintaining financial models, conducting due diligence, and providing advisory services.
• Responsibilities also include structuring, executing, and supporting mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate finance transactions.
• The role requires collaboration with a dynamic team of professionals to deliver tailored financial solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data effectively
• Proficiency in Finance concepts and principles
• Experience in Financial Modeling and valuation techniques
• Background in Investment Banking and executing complex transactions
• Skill in conducting thorough Due Diligence processes
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative, high-pressure environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus
• Experience in the Nigerian financial market is highly desirable
• SEC Sponsored individual is an added advantage
