Inventory Officer at So Fresh Neighbourhood Market

Job Summary:

The Inventory Officer will manage the requisition, documentation, and record keeping process of inventory items on the company’s ERP system, ensuring accuracy, reliability and consistency of inventory records supplied by users on the ERP system. 

Location: Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos.

Job Description:

Documentation of Fresh produces requisition of Odoo and forward to Supply chain Manger for approval on requisition days

• Ensure process completion on Odoo ERP (zero tolerance for non- compliance)
• Ensure timely records update on ERP
• Reconcile outlet requisition and procurement supplies same day of distribution
• Supervision of product distribution to locations
• Escalate and resolve discrepancies in real time
• Frequent Inventory count and management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of BSc/HND in Business Administration or any related discipline 
• Minimum of 1year work experience as an Inventory Officer
• Basic knowledge and use of ERP systems 
• Experience working with an ERP inventory system i.e. Odoo
• Familiarity with standard storekeeping concepts and practices.
