Inventory Officer at Fastest Cakes

Responsibilities

• Recording accurate inventory values in real time
• Controlling and maintaining adequate inventory
• Oversee the arrangement of goods in an orderly way
• Supervising the offloading of inventory by suppliers
• Crosschecking accuracy of purchase orders supplied
• Create accurate stock transfers where necessary
• Maintain proper records and documentations including receipts and invoices
• Work with the procurement managers in preparing purchase orders
• Ensure each production facility is not low on inventory

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree qualification
• Candidate must reside in or around Ajah / Lekki / Ikeja
• Pay close attention to details
• Sound knowledge of procurement processes and stock management
• Must be able to use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
• Capacity to perform your duties diligently, particularly during stressful situations.
• Must be able to work on some Sundays and holidays.
• Work from the office 23 days a month
• Should be willing to work with the company long term.
