    Internal Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and managing leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through excellent sales service.
    • This role requires a confident, well-presented, and articulate individual who can represent the company professionally to clients and partners.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Actively identify new sales opportunities and generate qualified leads.
    • Make outbound calls and follow up on inquiries to convert prospects into clients.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
    • Handle negotiations and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
    • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and wider team to develop sales strategies.
    • Provide feedback on customer trends and market insights to support business growth.
    • Assist with any other tasks related to achieving the company’s sales goals.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
    • Candidates should possess a 4 years of proven experience in a sales role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented.
    • Must have excellent personal grooming, good presentation skills, and a professional appearance appropriate for client-facing engagements.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
