This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos for an Internal Control Manager.
The Internal Control Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust internal control framework to ensure organizational compliance and mitigate risks.
The role includes monitoring and evaluating processes, conducting regular audits, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending solutions.
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and compliance, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and regulations.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks
Experience conducting audits, analyzing processes, and identifying operational inefficiencies
Project management, organizational, and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly
Proficiency in using data analysis tools and understanding financial reporting standards
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, or a similar qualification are a plus
Experience in software or IT-related industries is an advantage
