Our Service Organization is looking for a highly driven, self-motivated Commercial Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for all commercial aspects acting as finance partner to our sales and project management organization. The position requires working in a dynamic environment, where financial expertise is brought to the bid, proposal, and contract execution processes.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Work together with our technical team and show ownership for being financially responsible for our Service Operations Field Service and Tooling set-up in Nigeria.
Perform deep dive analyses for our Key KPIs (Cost Center Result, Gross costs, Recoveries, Utilization of Field Service Personnel, Head Count, Hourly Rates) for the Nigerian set-up.
Lead yearly budget preparations for our Key KPIs
Consolidate and validate monthly actuals reporting and forecasting for our Key KPIs
Provide financial expertise to technical team for investment decisions for local tooling and Field Service and create business cases for investment decisions (e.g. DCF method)
Collaborate closely with the technical Field Service team to ensure proper controlling and reporting
Collaborate with Real estate, Procurement & Logistics for our tooling center operations
Work in collaboration with the project management teams to provide commercial support for assigned projects according to PM@SE guidelines and contractual agreements (e.g. charging of Field Service and Tooling cost to the projects).
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting or equivalent experience is required.
5+ years of professional experience in Business Administration or in Finance, preferably with experience in Project Execution.
Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS, percentage of completion (PoC) accounting, and strong skills with Microsoft Office applications and SAP are required.
Leadership experiences are preferred
Ideally, you have experience in Cost Center Management of Field Service Organizations (Key KPIs: Cost Center Result, Gross costs, Recoveries, Utilization of Field Service Personnel, Head Count, Hourly Rates)
High responsiveness and keen perception, learn quickly and deliver.
Organized ability to work independent and within a team to achieve given objectives.
Basic awareness on technical operations, tools and materials as well as Logistics and Procurement
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
