Insulation Fitter (Level 3) at Fort Knox Group

About the Role

• Fort Knox Outsourcing is hiring an experienced Insulation Fitter (Level 3) to carry out insulation work on industrial and mechanical systems with limited supervision.
• The role involves ensuring quality, safety, and accuracy in the installation of insulation materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out insulation installation and repair works independently.
• Measure, cut, and fit insulation on piping systems, ducts, and vessels.
• Apply cladding and finishing layers as required.
• Supervise small teams of lower-level fitters when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and work schedules.

OHSE Responsibilities:

• Comply with safety policies and report incidents promptly.
• Promote the safe use of materials and tools.
• Participate in safety briefings and drills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• 4–6 years of experience in mechanical insulation works.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong technical and measurement accuracy.
• Ability to train and guide junior workers.
• Effective communication and planning skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.

Knowledge & Technical Requirements:

• Solid understanding of insulation materials, methods, and cladding systems.
• Familiarity with project specifications and site documentation.
