    Electrical Technician (Level 4)

    About the Role

    • We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Electrical Technician (Level 4) to join our team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising multiple electrical teams, managing small contract areas or specific project scopes, and ensuring all electrical installations are executed to the highest safety and quality standards.
    • This role requires strong leadership, planning, and technical skills, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project coordination.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage small contract areas or defined project scopes independently.
    • Supervise multiple teams of electricians on small to medium-sized projects.
    • Oversee quality control, safety, and performance of electrical work on-site.
    • Take full responsibility for testing, labeling, and verification of electrical systems.
    • Conduct short-term planning for labor, materials, and procurement needs.
    • Coordinate project documentation and reporting in line with company requirements.
    • Liaise with engineers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Technical Certificate, Trade Test, or OND in Electrical Engineering or related fields
    • Minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in electrical installation and supervision.
    • Proven ability to manage small to medium-sized projects.
    • Knowledge of site documentation, testing, and resource planning.
