Infrastructure Technical Project Coordinator at Fosad Consulting

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical coordination of various activities across the infrastructure team.
• Provide governance and oversight tracking for Risk/Audit, Security CVE/CIS.
• Assist with tracking and managing Opex and Capex budgets.
• Assist with the logistics around budget and PO processing.
• Manage the full project lifecycle for infrastructure deployments, upgrades, migrations, and integrations from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans defining activities, resources, timelines, milestones, risks, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal staff, vendors, and third-party contractors.
• Ensure projects adhere to established IT governance processes, standards, and methodologies.
• Monitor project performance, identify issues, and drive corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.
• Manage project changes through formal control procedures and approval processes.
• Provide regular status reporting and presentations to leadership stakeholders.
• Ensure infrastructure projects meet defined technical, security, and compliance requirements.
• Oversee data migration activities and infrastructure configuration management.

Experience / Skills Required

• Manage project documentation and knowledge transfer processes
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure technology projects.
• Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networks, data centers, cloud platforms, and related systems.
• Expertise with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, etc.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects and prioritize project activities.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical and process issues.
• Proficiency with project management software and productivity tools.
• PMP certification or other relevant project management credentials are preferred.
