Role Description

• This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Supervisor.
• The Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including managing employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
• This on-site role is located in Lagos Mainland.

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and Performance Management
• Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
