Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter, based in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for managing the talent acquisition process including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Daily tasks include posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
• The recruiter will also maintain candidate databases and improve employer brand through various recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and interviewing
• Strong skills in candidate screening and resume evaluation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Understanding of labor laws and employment best practices
• Experience with employer branding and organizing recruitment events is a plus
