Human Resources Officer at Uncle Stan's Foods

Job Description

• Prepare and maintain employee files, ensuring that documents are up to date and accurate
• Create job descriptions and post job openings on appropriate job boards and company website
• Conduct interviews, and manage the entire hiring process from start to finish
• Assist with employee onboarding and training, and conduct new employee orientations
• Coordinate employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans
• Manage employee relations issues, and act as a liaison between management and employees
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations
• Knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
