Human Resources Officer at Ralds & Agate

Responsibilities 

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Assist in implementing people engagement initiatives across the company.
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
• Help drive the performance Management system and processes in the organization.
• Assist with preparations for disciplinary and grievance hearings as necessary and other day-to-day disciplinary issues.
• Assist in reviewing and developing relevant company policies and procedures and provide information regarding employee conduct and absences.
• Assist in reviewing and developing relevant company policies and procedures and provide information regarding employee conduct and absences.
• Responsible for timely preparation of weekly /monthly reports as at when due.
• Carry out other duties within the scope of the role and with full regard to the confidential nature of the HR function.

Requirements

• A Degree in Social Science discipline or any other relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience.
