    Human Resources Officer (Nigeria)

    As an HR Officer you will be responsible for:

    • Provide a full generalist HR support, administration and reporting.
    • Effective recruitment, selection, and on-boarding
    • Effective management of the performance management system
    • Effective coordination of training and development within the business unit(s)
    • Effective handling of all poor performance and IR-related matters
    • Effective administration, data management and reporting
    • Effective teamwork and self-management

    REQUIREMENTS

    What are we looking for?

    To qualify for this role, you should:

    • Minimum Qualifications: HR degree/Higher Diploma in HR
    • Minimum Experience: 3-4 years Human Resources experience in retail/FMCG
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
    • Ability to apply creative thinking for overcoming challenges
    • Time management
    • Administration skills
    • Process management
