    Human Resources Officer (Beyond Fitness)

    Overview:

    As the HR Officer at BEYOND Fitness, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, executing the HR functions, and driving the growth of our team. You’ll partner closely with leadership to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace where employees can thrive. Your role is crucial in maintaining employee satisfaction, improving workplace relations, and ensuring HR processes align with our high-performance culture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Culture & Employee Relations:

    • Champion a positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment, reinforcing the BEYOND Fitness values of excellence, teamwork, and personal growth.
    • Serve as the go-to for employee concerns, addressing conflicts and grievances with discretion, fairness, and a proactive approach.
    • Lead internal investigations to resolve issues and improve team relationships, ensuring a harmonious workplace.
    • Continuously work on improving the employee experience by gathering feedback and initiating relevant improvements.

    Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

    • Manage recruitment efforts from developing creative talent funnels, job postings to final selection, ensuring a smooth, effective, and fair hiring process.
    • Collaborate with leadership to design job descriptions, structure the organizational chart, and streamline hiring processes for various roles.
    • Lead onboarding programs that set new hires up for success and align them with the company’s mission and culture from day one.

    Performance Management & Employee Development:

    • Support managers with performance appraisal processes, offering guidance on setting clear, measurable goals and providing constructive feedback.
    • Assist in creating and implementing career progression plans to nurture talent and promote growth from within the organization.
    • Encourage a culture of continuous learning, identifying development opportunities and facilitating training initiatives.

    HR Compliance & Operations:

    • Ensure the company remains compliant with employment laws, data protection regulations, and HR best practices.
    • Conduct regular audits to maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR data.
    • Handle sensitive employee information with discretion, ensuring confidentiality at all times.

    Leadership Coaching & Development:

    • Coach managers on day-to-day people management skills, helping build their leadership, conflict resolution, and team engagement competencies.
    • Conduct regular check-ins with studio management to gauge team dynamics, identifying key areas for improvement and escalating concerns when needed.

    HR Projects & Corporate Programs:

    • Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of training, employee engagement, and development programs.
    • Work closely with the MD to roll out corporate programs and align local HR efforts with company-wide goals.

    HR Data Reporting:

    • Provide data-driven insights by generating and analyzing HR reports to support decision-making and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on employee relations,
    • talent acquisition, and general HR operations. Experience in managing HR for multi-site

    operations is preferred.

    Skills:

    • High emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal communication and relationship-
    • building abilities.
    • Strong work ethic and growth mindset
    • Proven experience in resolving complex employee relations issues and navigating
    • sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
    • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and
