    Human Resources Officer

    Location: Katsina House, Central Business District (CBD), Abuja

    Monthly Salary: ₦220,000

    We are a fast-growing and innovative Advertisement Agency located in the heart of Abuja. Our agency delivers cutting-edge marketing and media solutions to a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors. As part of our expansion and drive to maintain a people-first culture, we are seeking a talented and proactive Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic team.

    Job Summary

    The Human Resources Officer will play a key role in recruitment, training, and development processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying staffing needs, sourcing qualified candidates, managing onboarding, and organizing staff training programs that foster growth and performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and execute the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
    • Prepare job descriptions and specifications for open roles
    • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate selection
    • Design and implement effective training and development programs
    • Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
    • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
    • Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and Nigerian labor laws
    • Assist with performance appraisal processes and staff welfare programs

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Human Resources or similar role
    • Strong experience in recruitment and employee training/development
    • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software/tools
    • Knowledge of Nigerian labor law is an added advantage
    • Membership of a recognized HR professional body (e.g., CIPM) is a plus
