Job Summary

• We are seeking a competent and experienced Human Resources Officer with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry to manage day-to-day HR operations and support employee-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Handle employee relations, attendance, and leave management.
• Support performance management and staff development.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
• Provide general HR support in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, professional, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
