Human Resources Officer at Advocaat Law Practice

We are seeking to hire an experienced Human Resources Officer to join our growing team. This is a mid-level role suited to a proactive HR professional with 3–5 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee offboarding processes
• Supporting performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures
• Administering employee records, leave, and other HR operations
• Coordinating learning and development activities
• Ensuring compliance with labour laws and HR best practices
