Role overview:

The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR functions within the organization, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of HR experience in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards.
• Manage employee onboarding, training programs, and performance evaluations.
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and resolve workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry is compulsory.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
