    Human Resources Manager

    Job Summary: 

    • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager. In this role, you will oversee and refine our people strategies, culture, and HR operations.
    • You’ll lead efforts in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, employee engagement, and compliance, while driving a values-based culture that attracts and retains top talent.

    • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals and values.
    • Advise leadership on org design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
    • Oversee onboarding, evaluations, benefits, promotions, transfers, and exits with strong organizational oversight.
    • Implement effective performance review systems and development plans.
    • Support managers with coaching, feedback frameworks, and leadership development.
    • Develop competitive compensation and benefit strategies that align with market trends.
    • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws.
    • Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and inclusiveness.
    • Drive initiatives that boost employee morale and internal communication.
    • Lead employee surveys and translate results into action plans.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 6 years experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
    • Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI are strongly preferred.
    • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor regulations.
    • Experience with designing and implementing scalable HR systems and programs.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Proficiency in HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong organizational and strategic thinking abilities.
