We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager. In this role, you will oversee and refine our people strategies, culture, and HR operations.
You’ll lead efforts in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, employee engagement, and compliance, while driving a values-based culture that attracts and retains top talent.
Description
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals and values.
Advise leadership on org design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Oversee onboarding, evaluations, benefits, promotions, transfers, and exits with strong organizational oversight.
Implement effective performance review systems and development plans.
Support managers with coaching, feedback frameworks, and leadership development.
Develop competitive compensation and benefit strategies that align with market trends.
Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws.
Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and inclusiveness.
Drive initiatives that boost employee morale and internal communication.
Lead employee surveys and translate results into action plans.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 6 years experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI are strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor regulations.
Experience with designing and implementing scalable HR systems and programs.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and strategic thinking abilities.
