    Human Resources Manager

    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Human Resources Manager to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving HR initiatives to support the company's growth and strategic objectives.

    Responsibilities

    • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
    • Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
    • Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement, resolving conflicts, and ensuring fair and consistent HR policies.
    • Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with labor regulations.
    • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes and work with managers to improve employee performance and development.
    • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as internal HR policies and procedures.
    • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • HR Metrics: Track and analyze HR metrics to provide insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.
    • HR Technology: Leverage HR technology to streamline processes, maintain accurate records, and enhance HR service delivery.
    • Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention, Etc.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree (BSc / BA) from a reputable institution.
    • HR License or certification from CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, or HRCI is required.
    • 5-10 years of progressive HR management experience.
    • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
