The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s human resource functions, including recruitment, performance management, policy implementation, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations
The ideal candidate will ensure that HR practices support the company’s operational goals while fostering a productive and professional work environment.
Responsibilites
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes
Oversee performance management and staff evaluation processes
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices
Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation
Support leadership in organizational development and workforce planning
Manage HR communications, staff queries, and internal policy enforcement
Coordinate training, professional development, and staff engagement initiatives
Prepare HR reports and recommendations for management decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
3 - 5 years experiencein HR management or a similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and performance management systems
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
High level of organization, discretion, and attention to detail
Experience managing HR processes in a structured corporate environment
Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
