Summary of the principal duties expected from the job

• Set up company HR department and manage office and field staff
• Write and maintain HR policies, SOPs, checklists, processes, and procedures and ensure employees are complaint with HR policies and documents
• Travel to field sites to set up and audit HR & Administrative department
• Act as point of contact for field-based employees' well-being and manage field staff timesheets, logistics, feeding, etc.
• Perform HR duties such as composing job descriptions, interviewing applicants, contacting applicants, onboarding etc.
• Manage appraisal process and develop training and development plans
• Perform office facilities and maintenance management duties such as contacting repairs and maintenance vendors for companies facilities and ensuring work is completed
• Maintain HMO database, pension, and other benefits administration 

Educational background, qualifications and experience typically required to perform the job fully and effectively.

• BSc in any relevant degree
• Candidates with experience with FMCGs are a major plus
• Excellent sales and marketing skills with demonstrable results
• Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose solutions for clients
• Must be a self-starter and possess drive for results.
• Ability to participate and contribute to a team environment and possess strong customer service skills
