Human Resources Manager at Fosad Consulting

My client, an indigenous Oil & Gas, E & P company is looking to hire a Strategic HR Manager whose job objective is:

To develop and implement a HR Strategy to promote an organizational culture of teamwork, service, high quality, transparency, accountability, innovation and inclusiveness. The HR Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the HR function, playing a key role in building the function through the development and implementation of sound HR Policy, setting up of effective HR systems and processes, and provision of employee support to a very busy team. The role will also be responsible for monthly payroll management activities.

Qualifications

• A good Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
• A Master’s degree in a Human Resources related field will be an advantage
• Minimum of 10 years of professional HR experience, preferably from in the Oil and Gas sector
• Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, SPHRi)
• Experienced at multitasking under pressure against demands and deadlines, whilst always maintaining a positive and constructive attitude and demeanor
• Agility and innovation
• Flexible approach to working
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
• Excellent organizational skills.
