Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Yenagoa for a Human Resources Manager.
• The Human Resources and Admin Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing and supervising the HR team and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations
• Strong communication, organizational, and management skills
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
• Experience in employee relations, recruiting, and onboarding
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
