This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role based on-site in Port Harcourt.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compliance with employment laws, and employee relations.
They will also develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the institute's goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Recruitment, Training, and Employee Relations skills
Knowledge of employment laws and compliance regulations
Experience in developing HR policies and procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Experience in the training or education industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
