    Human Resources Manager

    • The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.
    • They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

    Responsibilities

    • Understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
    • Support business needs through the development, engagement, performance monitoring, motivation and preservation of human capital
    • Provide support and guidance to management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
    • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
    • Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization\
    • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
    • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
    • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
    • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
    • Proficient with G-suite, Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Proficiency with HRIS systems/software
    • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
    • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
    • Capability in creating a healthy work environment that fosters diversity, inclusion and collaboration among employees
    • Ability to maintain employee confidentiality
    • Superior attention to detail
    • 7+ year of experience
