Job Summary

• We arelooking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. 
• He/she is in charge of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.
• Support the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Help organize HR events and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in handling employee inquiries and providing HR-related support.
• Participate in drafting HR policies, memos, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of HND in any discipline or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
