Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Lagos. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and ensuring legal compliance. Additional responsibilities include coordinating recruitment efforts, conducting employee orientations, handling employee relations issues, and maintaining HR records.

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management in a multicultural setting
• Experience working in matrix structures
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in compensation and benefits administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the gaming industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
