Human Resources Generalist at Aviam Offshore Engineering Company Limited

Qualifications:

• A university degree in Arts or Social Sciences (preferably in Human Resources)
• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant HR experience
• HR certification is a strong advantage

Key Skills & Experience Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations and compliance, payroll etc
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems (HRIS)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
• Experience in performance management, policy implementation, and staff development is desirable
