Human Resources Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Develop & enforce HR policies and procedures
- Ensure accurate employee records & documentation
- Conduct employee & guarantor verifications
- Manage and process monthly payroll efficiently and confidentially
- Oversee leave, attendance, and salary structure records
- Improve staff productivity & oversee performance reviews
- Design and implement SOPs across departments
- Support recruitment, onboarding & compliance
- Oversee HR operations in Lagos & Abuja
- Foster a positive, accountable workplace culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field
- HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) are a strong advantage
- 5+ years of HR experience (multi-branch experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
- Payroll management experience (salary structure, taxes, statutory deductions, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication & organization skills
- Proficient in HR tools, payroll software, and documentation
